Ljubo Kovacevic
Ljubo is a personal trainer and former professional athlete with 25+ years of experience.
About 12 years ago, he started working with parents of some of his clients. Seeing firsthand the incredible impact that exercise had on improving not just physical strength and mobility, but also overall mental well-being, he was inspired to focus his career on helping seniors lead more active and fulfilling lives.
With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with aging, Ljubo designs customized workout plans that are gentle yet effective. His approach prioritizes building strength, improving balance and flexibility, and fostering a positive outlook on life. He believes that it’s never too late to experience the benefits of regular movement, and his compassionate and motivating style empowers seniors to regain confidence in their bodies.
